Overview: “Glow Up” is a dynamic and empowering workshop designed to help high school girls shine under the pressures of teen life. Through creative challenges, real-talk discussions, and uplifting activities, girls will discover how to stay true to themselves, build confidence, and create a support squad that’s all about positivity and growth.

Unstoppable: Middle School & Peer Pressure (Ages 11-15)

Overview: “Unstoppable” is a high-energy, interactive workshop designed to help middle school girls tackle peer pressure head-on while celebrating their unique selves. Through fun and relatable activities like role-playing, storytelling, and group challenges, participants will learn how to boost their confidence, set boundaries, and stay drama-free. This workshop creates a safe, judgment-free space where girls can explore who they are and learn how to own their power.

Grace at the Table: Dining Etiquette for Confident Girls

Target Age Group: Girls 11–17

Format: 1-day workshop or 4-session mini-course (in-person or online)

Theme: Learn the art of table manners with poise, personality, and purpose.
