Gone are the days when women were said to be inferior to men; now is the time when men, in fact, learn different things from women that are far more successful than they can even dream to be. Thanks to all those feminist movements and wonderful mentors that inspired us and made us proud of our gender, we are now able to walk ­shoulder-to-shoulder with the opposite sex.

Positive attitude to balance things – Since childhood we have watched our moms working in the kitchen and doing chores around the home. Even the highest paid managers turn into maids, care takers and cleaners at home! Therefore, all those lovely successful women in corporates know how to balance different things, since they manage both – their professional as well as personal lives.
Tolerance – Women go through a lot of things in their lives; from disappointments to heartbreaks; from bullying in school to dejection from others; slowly and gradually, their tolerance levels are enhanced and they are able to make rise above the negativity, thanks to their courage.
Multitasking – Who doesn’t know about this quality in women leaders? Only a woman can keep a phone on her shoulder to talk, knead the flour, boil vegetables, feed the dog, serve breakfast to her husband and children and still manage to look effortlessly beautiful – all at the same time!
Charming personality – Do I really need to elaborate on this? A woman is a symbol of beauty and thanks to her God given personality and talents; she knows how to be an influential leader in a group.
Ability to turn into a mentor -When a woman does something extraordinary, she turns into a mentor for the others around her, with honesty and enthusiasm that she has in herself. This mentoring ability is the most important quality noticed among influential women leaders throughout the world.
